| Mark died August 3rd, 1980, our junior year at CHS.
He sustained injuries from a truck accident on July 27th which lead to his passing
at the age of 16. Services were on August 4th at Tarpley's Chapel and Mark was laid
to rest at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Andy
Brown, Robert Blade, Randy Stewart, Billy Hughes, Van Smith, Bert Scott, Robert Henson,
and Alfred Raynes. The CHS football team was the honorary pallbearers. |
